Police Report 11/6 - 11/12/17

Monday, November 6, 2017
- 4:42 PM.  The officer received a complaint of cattle in the traveled portion of the road in the 1000 block of H Avenue.  The owner of the cattle had the cattle back in the field, upon the officer’s arrival.

Tuesday, November 7, 2017
- 11:09 AM.  The officer spoke with the Ogden resident in regard to multiple non-registered vehicles parked on the property along the alley.  The resident advised they are trying to get rid of vehicles.
- 1:08 PM.  The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 3:45 PM.  The officer assisted a stranded motorist in the 100 block of E Division Street.

Wednesday, November 8, 2017
- 7:42 AM.  The officer received a complaint of a white vehicle full of young adults traveling south on H Avenue from the Pilot Mound area and passing unsafely at a high rate of speed.  The officer was unable to locate the vehicle.
- 8:10 AM.  The officer located a pair of mittens that would be worn by a small child.  The mittens were found at NW 4th and Sycamore by North Middle School.  The mittens may be claimed at Ogden PD.
- 12:58 PM.  The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- 1:35 PM.  The officer received a complaint of a kitten that had been running loose in the 300 block of S 1st Street.  The officer took the kitten to the Boone Area Humane Society.
- 5:57 PM.  The officer assisted the Boone County Deputy with an arrest warrant in Pilot Mound.
- 8:52 PM.  The officer assisted the Boone County Deputy with a car/deer accident in the 1300 block of 220th Street.
- 10:46 PM.  The officer assisted Boone County Deputy with an arrest warrant at 243 S 1st Street in Ogden.

Thursday, November 9, 2017
- 7:41 AM.  The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- 7:45 AM.  The officer received a report of a domestic assault that had taken place earlier in the day.  Jessica Peterson, 34, of Ogden claimed that she was physically assaulted by her boyfriend, Joshua Martinez, 34, of Ogden.  Martinez was arrested and taken to Boone County Jail.  Martinez was cited for Domestic Abuse Assault-1st offense and Obstruction of Emergency Communications.
- 9:20 PM.  The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.

Friday, November 10, 2017
- 12:33 PM.  The officer assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
- 2:43 PM.  The officer was asked to check on a report of a cow on the roadway on North 1st Street.  The farmer who owned the cow already had the cow put back in the lot.

Saturday, November 11, 2017
- 1:58 AM.  Boone County Deputy responded to an intrusion alarm at Ogden High School.  This was determined to be a false alarm.
- 10:11 AM. The officer investigated a theft that occurred at 105 SW 8th St.
- 12:51 PM. The officer assisted a subject with a child custody issue.

Sunday, November 12, 2017
- 12:29 PM. The officer investigated a motor vehicle theft from 305 E. Walnut St.
- 1:53 PM. The officer assisted Accura Health staff with a patient out of control.
