Police Report 1/13 - 1/19/2025

Monday, January 13, 2025
- 5:56 AM. The deputy assisted the Ogden Fire Department with a carbon monoxide alarm in the 200 block of SW 3rd St.
- 12:31 PM. The officer assisted with a medical call in the 200 block of SE 2nd St.
- 2:33 PM. The officer provided a vehicle unlock in the 200 block of W Maple St.
- 3:30 PM. The officer took a report of an accident that had taken place at the Ogden High School parking lot.
- 3:45 PM. The officer assisted with a medical call in the 500 block of NW 7th St.
- 9:33 PM. The deputy investigated a series of incomplete 911 calls coming from the 200 block of NW 7th St.

Tuesday, January 14, 2025
- 8:48 AM. The officer assisted with moving a very pregnant and immobile dog into a vehicle in the 300 block of S 1st St.
- 12:57 PM. The officer took a theft report from the 200 block of SE 4th St. The investigation is ongoing.

Wednesday, January 15, 2025
- No reported activity.

Thursday, January 16, 2025
-12:27PM. The officer responded to an alarm in the 300 block of W Walnut St. It was discovered to be an accidental alarm.

Friday, January 17, 2025
- 8:30 AM. The officer met with the school transportation department to take a report of a possible narcotics violation. The investigation revealed that there were no narcotics involved and this was an underage tobacco violation.
- 11:51 AM. The officer received a complaint of a traffic hazard near Old Highway 30 and J Ave. A rather large deceased raccoon was removed from the travel portion of the roadway.
- 1:35 PM. The officer responded to the 100 block of SW 4th after receiving a report of someone who appeared to be asleep, or otherwise, in the cab of a truck. The vehicle was no longer in the area upon the officer’s arrival. The description of the vehicle and occupant matches that of a frequent roadside napper in this area.
- 1:50 PM. The officer responded to the 100 block of E Sycamore St in regards to a traffic accident that had occurred around 8:00 AM. The reporting party was given a case number but told that an official report could not be completed since so much time had passed and the other party was no longer there.
- 10:37 PM. The officer investigated an incomplete 911 call in the 200 block of NE 3rd St. The caller was found to be fine and stated it was an accidental call.

Saturday, January 18, 2025
- 11:30 AM. The deputy provided a funeral escort from the Community United Methodist Church to the Glenwood Cemetery.
- 2:51 PM. Deputies responded to an alarm in the 300 block of W Walnut St. It was a false alarm.

Sunday, January 19, 2025
- 8:37 AM. Deputy responded to a harassment call at the Ogden Casey’s. After an investigation, 1 of the 2 suspects was identified and was served with a trespass notice for the store.
- 11:31 AM. The deputy provided a vehicle unlock in the 300 block of W Walnut St.
