Monday, November 3, 2025
-11:15AM. Officer returned a phone call regarding information about a dumpster that will be temporarily blocking parking in front of the pharmacy in the 300 block of W Walnut St during remodeling.
Tuesday, November 4, 2025
-11:53AM. Officer assisted with a medical call in the 600 block of W Walnut St.
-2:39PM. Officer returned a phone call regarding a door-to-door salesman. Officer verified that the company had a local peddler’s permit.
-8:14PM. Officer responded to a report of a possible domestic on the Highway 30 off-ramp. Officer made contact with a couple who were having a conversation outside of their vehicle, there did not appear to be any crime occurring.
-8:17PM. Officer provided a vehicle unlock in the 500 block of NW 7th St.
-8:23PM. Officer assisted the Boone County Sheriff’s Office with an Operating While Intoxicated investigation in the 600 block of US Highway 30.
-8:58PM. Officer responded to a report of a hit and run in the 600 block of SW 4th St. A mailbox had been backed into by what was believed to be a Door Dash driver.

-3:22PM. Officer responded to the 500 block of NW 7th St regarding questions about a civil issue.
Thursday, November 6, 2025
-8:00AM. Officer participated in a threat assessment meeting at the Ogden High School regarding information that was brought forth to school administrators. After meeting with all involved parties, it was discovered that there was no threat to the school and/or public.
-11:56AM. Officer assisted Boone Police with following up on a missing phone case they were working on.
-3:53PM. Officer received a complaint of barking dogs in the 300 block of E Walnut St. Officer arrived on scene and observed a dog barking continuously in the back yard of the residence in question. The owner stated that she lets the dog out when she brings the kids home from school and that’s why it barks at this time of day. She was aware of the frequent complaints about this and said she would do a better job at bringing the dog back inside sooner.

-12:56PM. Officer assisted Ogden First Responders at 313 S. 1 St. St.
-7:48PM. Officer investigated suspicious activity in the 700 blk of W. Oak St.
Saturday, November 8, 2025
-7:58AM. Deputy handled a rabid animal complaint at 332 SW 7th St. Place.
-8:28AM. Deputy investigated an alleged assault at Caseys at 102 W. Veterans. Investigation revealed no assault took place so no charges were filed.
-7:58PM. Deputy investigated alleged child endangerment at 231 SE 2nd St. Deputy arrested Beau Armstrong for alleged child endangerment.
