- 9:36 AM. The officer received a complaint of property with sticks and leaves not being picked up.
- 12:11 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance in the 600 block of S 1st Street.

- 9:30 AM. The officer handled an animal complaint at 431 E. Walnut St.
- 11:00 AM. The officer handled a complaint of phone harassment.
- 11:55 AM. The officer assisted Boone County Ambulance at 214 E. Walnut St.
- 1:35 PM. The officer assisted a subject with phone harassment.
- 9:09 PM Deputies investigated a domestic dispute at 208 NE 3rd St.
Wednesday, December 2, 2020
- 9:43 AM. The officer assisted a subject with a phone scam at 120 SE 4th St.
- 12:08 PM. The officer responded to 414 W. Cherry St. for a medical call. Everything was ok with the patient.
- 2:31 PM. The officer spoke to Howe School Staff about harassment and careless driving problems.
- 3:51 PM. The officer spoke to an Ogden High School staff member about a student possibly being assaulted earlier.

- 5:42 AM. The deputy assisted a subject with a disagreement at 114 W. Sycamore St.
- 10:14 AM. The officer assisted a subject with a phone scam.
Friday, December 4, 2020
- 12:31 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance with a student who had fallen off the slide at Ogden Elementary School.
- 3:05 PM. The officer investigated a 2-vehicle accident at NW 4th and Cherry Street. Nicholas Sanders, 16, of Ogden, was driving his 2000 Ford west on Cherry Street and was turning left onto NW 4th when, due to the sun, he turned too short and ran into a 2004 Ford driven by Emma Moorman, 15, of Boone, who was northbound on NW 4th Street. There was approximately $1,200 damage to the Moorman vehicle and $4,000 damage to the Sanders vehicle.
- 3:23 PM. The officer responded to a report of a suicidal teenager. The subject went to the hospital with their father to be evaluated.
Saturday, December 5, 2020
- 2:56 PM. The officer received a complaint of 2 male subjects going door to door selling Kirby vacuum cleaners. The officer advised the subjects they needed solicitor permits to go door to door in Ogden, and the City Hall was not open, so they would have to stop until getting the permit on Monday.

- 5:50 AM. The deputy assisted the subject locked out of the vehicle.
