PSA: Ogden residents are reminded they can burn leaves/brush until November 30, 2020, during the hours of 10. am to 8pm.

Monday, November 16, 2020
- 1:41 PM. The officer received a complaint of a Great Dane dog running loose in the 100 block of West Chestnut. The officer located the owner and advised them to come and get the dog.

Tuesday, November 17, 2020
- 3:30 PM. The officer spoke with an Ogden resident about junk in the yard.
- 8:01 PM. The officer received a report of a male subject sleeping in a vehicle parked in the parking lot of Dollar General Store. The driver was just tired and was taking a nap.

Wednesday, November 18, 2020
- 9:10 AM. The officer assisted Boone County Ambulance at 120 SE 4th Street.
- 9:34 AM. The officer spoke with a resident at 305 E Walnut and asked to move a vehicle off the sidewalk.
- 11:32 AM. The officer was asked to check on the welfare of an Ogden resident. The subject was fine.
- 12:55 PM. The officer assisted the Ogden Fire Department with a fire at 320 W Elm Street.
- 1:17 PM. An Ogden resident reported receiving a suspicious package in the mail from Kazakhstan. The officer picked up the package and returned it to the Post office so they could turn it over to their inspectors.

Thursday, November 19, 2020
- 3:24 PM. The officer responded to a lifeline alert at an Ogden residence. This was a false alarm. The officer canceled Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 3:35 PM. The officer returned a set of keys that were found earlier in the day to the owner.
- 5:20 PM. The officer received a complaint of a fire in the alley north of 119 W Maple Street.
The fire was in a fire pit, and people were watching it.

Friday, November 20, 2020
- 3:10 PM. The officer received a complaint of smoke coming from an unknown source in the SE part of town. The officer located a subject burning sticks and leaves in the 400 block of East Oak Street.

Saturday, November 21, 2020
- 12:55 PM. Ogden officer and Ogden Fire Chief led a parade of family and friends past an Ogden residence for a 7-year-old girl’s birthday.
- 1:45 PM. The officer delivered a Thanksgiving Basket from the Boone County Communications Center to an Ogden resident.

Sunday, November 22, 2020
- 7:04 PM. The deputy assisted a stranded motorist at 102 W. Veterans. St.
