Monday, November 11, 2019
- 7:54 PM. The deputy did a welfare check on a subject at 113 E. Walnut St. #2

Tuesday, November 12, 2019
- 8:31 AM. The officer investigated a minor accident in the Ogden High School parking lot.
- 10:53 AM. The officer arrested Jessica Peterson at the Boone County Courthouse on an outstanding Boone County warrant.
- 12:02 PM. The officer investigated a complaint of a possible phone scam from an Ogden resident.
- 12:15 PM. The officer received a complaint of a dog at large in the 500 block of W. Division St.
- 12:51 PM. The officer investigated a home break-in at 119 NW 7th St.
- 3:31 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders at the Lucky Pig restaurant.

Wednesday, November 13, 2019
- 12:54 PM.  Caleb Harris reported that he had three packages stolen from his front porch that were delivered by UPS on Tuesday, November 12, 2019.
- 1:23 PM.  The officer responded to a report of a suicidal male at 619 Haws Drive #5.  The officer took the 17-year-old male to the Boone County Hospital for evaluation.

Thursday, November 14, 2019
- 10:06 AM.  The officer assisted Paul Fangman, Fang’s Automotive, with an abandoned vehicle on his property.
- 11:43 AM.  The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.
- 6:11 PM.  The officer assisted the Boone County Deputy with a car/deer accident in the 1000 block of 220th Street.
- 8:12 PM.  The officer investigated an accident involving three vehicles in the Ogden High School parking lot.  Blake Haub, 18, of Ogden, was backing his 1998 Dodge truck too fast and struck an unoccupied and parked 1999 Chrysler, pushing the Chrysler into a 2018 Chevrolet.  There was approximately $200 damage to Haub’s vehicle, approximately $5,000 to Chrysler, and approximately $3,000 to Chevrolet.  There were no charges filed, as this occurred on private property.

Friday, November 15, 2019
- 11:30 AM.  The officer received a complaint of a black Mustang with red stripes on the hood driving fast on SW 7th Street from Walnut around 8 AM.
- 3:10 PM.  The officer stopped a black Mustang with red stripes on the hood and warned the driver about his driving habits.
- 10:25 PM.  The officer received a report of a suspicious vehicle in the old Howe Elementary School parking lot.  The officer checked the vehicle, and there was a subject inside that had just pulled in to take a nap.

Saturday, November 16, 2019
- 7:35 AM.  The officer received a report of an open garage door at a house where nobody is currently living.  The officer notified the property owner, and she came in and, after checking the property with the officer, secured the property.
- 8:45 AM.  The officer received a complaint about a contractor filling his water truck off of a city hydrant with no meter or permit.  The superintendent of Ogden Municipal Utilities had advised the contractor to stop this, or charges would be filed.
- 9:35 AM.  The officer assisted the subject in retrieving belongings.
- 2:30 PM.  The officer spoke with the resident regarding a small chest freezer sitting near the road.  The officer advised the lid should be secured so it cannot be opened, or it should be placed in the garage until they are ready to dispose of.

Sunday, November 17, 2019
- 1:07 AM.  The officer assisted the lost motorist.
- 1:05 PM.  The officer responded to a report of a domestic assault at 413 N 1st Street.  This was a verbal argument, and no charges were filed.
