Monday, October 1, 2018
- 9:04 AM. The officer investigated suspicious activity at 245 W Walnut St.
- 10:15 AM. The officer assisted a Boone County Deputy with a trespasser on railroad property in the 600 block of West Walnut St.
- 2:45 PM. The officer investigated the breaking of a motor vehicle in the 100 block of NW 2nd St.

Wednesday, October 3, 2018
- 7:53 AM. The officer investigated a minor bicycle accident in the 100 block of NW 4th St.
- 8:27 AM. The officer assisted a subject with lost property.
- 9:11 AM. The officer investigated a complaint of a missing person. The subject returned on their own.
- 12:45 PM. The officer assisted a Boone County Deputy with a possible intoxicated driver in the 300 block of E26. The officer never located the vehicle.
- 2:02 PM. The officer responded to 214 SW 2nd St. for a domestic dispute. The officer arrested Nathan Lee Phipps for alleged simple domestic assault.
- 10:23 PM. The deputy handled an animal complaint at 102 W. Veterans.

Thursday, October 4, 2018
- 9:02 AM. The officer responded to an intrusion alarm at Vision Bank. It was determined to be a false alarm.
- 2:13 PM. The officer did a welfare check on a subject at 225 SW 6th St.
- 3:34 PM. The officer spoke to a subject about a civil matter.
- 5:21 PM. The deputy handled an animal complaint at 201 E. Locust St.

- 8:38. AM. Deputy assisted a subject retrieve stolen property at 125 W. Maple St.
- 10:44AM. The deputy assisted a stranded motorist at 425 SE 2nd St.
- 2:49 PM. The officer investigated a two-vehicle accident at SW 7th St. and W. Division St.
- 4:04 PM. The officer assisted Ogden Fire with a vehicle fire at Casey’s.
