Public Hearing Notice

NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING
At or shortly after 6:00 PM on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, the City of Ogden will hold a public hearing to take public comments and questions about the proposed submittal of a grant application for the Community Development Block Grant. The project involves the renovations of upper-story housing units a downtown building. The CDBG grant is offered by the Iowa Economic Development Authority. As part of the hearing a Community Development and Housing Needs Assessment will be performed. If you wish to learn more about the program or have comments or questions, please plan to attend this hearing or submit such comments or questions in writing to the City Hall before the hearing. The hearing will be held at city hall at 513 W Walnut, Ogden, IA 50212. The facility is handicap accessible.
