Monday, September 21, 2026
-1:27PM. Officer assisted with a medical call in the 100 block of E Elm St.

Tuesday, September 22, 2026
-7:38AM. Officer provided a vehicle unlock at the Ogden Caseys.
-5:50PM. Officer assisted with a report of a gas leak in the 300 block of SW 4th St.
-6:54PM. Officer and deputy responded to a report of a subject experiencing a mental health crisis in the 300 block of E Mulberry St. The subject was taken to the Mary Greeley Medical Center by an acquaintance for treatment and evaluation.

Wednesday, September 23, 2026
-4:00PM. In response to an investigation from September 4, 2026, Officer located, and subsequently arrested, 77-year-old Arlen Phipps, of Ogden, for animal neglect. Phipps was cited and released with her promise to appear in court.
-8:46PM. Officer responded to a report of unknown people knocking on the windows of a residence in the 700 block of W Oak St. Officer searched the area but was unable to locate anyone.

Thursday, September 24, 2026
-8:40AM. Officer took a report of harassment occurring on the social media app “TikTok”.
-4:23PM. Officer requested the Union Pacific Railroad be contacted due to multiple crossings in town being blocked by a stopped train.
-6:44PM. Officer assisted with recovering a phone that had been forgotten in a closed business.

Friday, September 25, 2026
-8:46AM. Officer responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision that occurred in the parking lot of the Ogden High School. An information exchange was completed.
-12:19PM. Officer assisted with a medical call in the 100 block of E Elm St.
-1:30PM. Officer provided assistance with distressing a child at the Ogden Elementary School.
-8:59PM. Deputy responded to a report of someone knocking on the window of a residence in the 700 block of W Oak St. Due to other calls at the time there was a delayed response and no one was found in the area.

Saturday, September 26, 2026
-11:41AM. Deputy responded to a motor vehicle collision in the 100 block of SE 6th St.
-11:11PM. Deputies responded to a report of a possible fight outside of Spinning Wheels. The reporting party could hear yelling, crude language, and engines revving. Spinning Wheels was contacted and they went outside and found nothing suspicious or concerning. Deputies searched the area but were unable to locate any disturbance.

Sunday, September 27, 2026
-10:29PM. Officer was flagged down by a female who stated that she had been followed by an unknown vehicle on Highway 30 since Greene County. The suspect vehicle had followed her into town near Caseys and then turned around and left. The reporting party was still shaken up so the officer followed her home and made sure she made it there safely. Deputies were given the description of the suspect vehicle - a silver Volkswagen Jetta.
-10:53PM. Officer observed flashing lights at the Ogden Middle/High School. A short time later the alarm company called in a fire alarm. The building and ground director arrived, and it was discovered to be a false alarm due to an alarm that has been frequently malfunctioning.
