Police Report 8/24/2026-8/30/2026

Monday, August 24, 2026
-5:18AM. Deputy assisted with a medical call in the 200 block of E Walnut St.
-9:15AM. Officer took a report of 2 loose dogs near S 1st St and E Division St. Officer located the dogs near the 200 block of S 1st St, recognized them, and told them to go home. The dogs then ran home to the 300 block of S 1st St, and the officer let them back inside.
-2:14PM. Officer responded to a request for a welfare check on an individual who had been sitting in a vehicle at the park for an extended period of time. Officer located the male in question and found him talking on the phone.

-No reported activity.

Wednesday, August 26, 2026
-4:54PM. Officer and deputy responded to a motor vehicle collision in the 300 block of SW 4th St involving a car and an e-bike. Minor injuries were sustained by the bike rider who had rode into the back of a car.

Thursday, August 27, 2026
-7:10AM. Officer and deputy responded to a report of 2 dogs at large near E Mulberry St and SE 2nd St. The dogs had already returned home to the 300 block of S 1st St by the time law enforcement reached the area.
-11:25PM. Officer assisted with a medical call in the 200 block of E Division St.

Saturday, August 29, 2026
-4:39PM. Report of a dark gray Chevrolet Malibu driving recklessly last seen near SE 2nd St and E Division St.
-5:40PM. Deputy returned a phone regarding a dog in the 400 block of NE 4th St who is believed to not be properly vaccinated.
