Monday, July 27, 2026
-3:31AM. Deputies responded to a fire alarm at the Ogden Middle/High School. It was determined to be a false alarm.
-8:20AM. Officer took a phone call from Accura Healthcare requesting assistance with an employee who appeared to need assistance with their mental health. The employee was transported to the Boone County Hospital. While enroute to the hospital the employee became increasingly agitated and aggressive towards staff. This behavior continued to escalate in the Emergency Room to the point that the staff did not feel safe providing treatment. 30-year-old Jesse Monroe, of Ogden, was ultimately placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and interference with official acts.
-7:34PM. Deputy took a report of animal neglect in the 500 block of E Sycamore St. The Boone Area Humane Society was contacted.
-9:52PM. Deputy assisted with a medical call in the 400 block of W Cherry St.

Tuesday, July 28, 2026
-1:24PM. Officer conducted a welfare check on a subject in the 500 block of NW 7th St. The subject in question was fine.

Wednesday, July 29, 2026
-11:45AM. Officer took a report of a no-contact-order violation in the 500 block of E Walnut St.
-2:48PM. Officer assisted the Boone Area Humane Society in following up with a complaint in the 500 block of E Sycamore St.
-3:12PM. Officer assisted deputy in providing shelter for a stranded motorist with an infant and 3 dogs whose vehicle broke down in the 500 block of Highway 30.

Thursday, July 30, 2026
-7:25PM. Officer assisted with a medical call in the 100 block of W Walnut St.
-8:36PM. Officer attempted to locate a suspicious black SUV that had been seen in the area of the 600 block of NW 7th St approximately 45 minutes earlier. The officer was unable to locate a vehicle matching that description.

Friday, July 31, 2026
-11:03AM. Officer responded to a medical alarm in the 600 block of Haws Dr. This was an accidental alarm set off by the resident’s dog jumping on them.
-1:36PM. Officer conducted a welfare check on an individual in the 400 block of NE 4th St. Officer made contact with the subject who stated they were fine and needed no assistance.
-8:20PM. Deputy returned a phone call regarding an ongoing no-contact-order violation investigation.

Saturday, August 1, 2026
-No reported activity.

Sunday, August 2, 2026
-10:47AM. Deputy responded to Accura Healthcare due to an employee experiencing mental health issues who had been manic and aggressive earlier in the week. Boone Police also responded to assist. The subject was transported to the Boone County Hospital for treatment and evaluation.
-11:15AM. Deputy responded to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of S 1st st and E Veterans Dr.
-11:23AM. Deputy assisted medical with a report of an unattended death in the 600 block of W Sycamore St.
-5:50PM. Deputy responded to a civil concern at Accura Healthcare regarding a former employee.
