Monday, July 13, 2026 -8:43AM. Officer took a report of damage done to a house in the 600 block of N 1st St. Over the weekend a tire came off a horse trailer and struck the garage leaving a hole. An investigation into identifying the owner of the trailer is ongoing. -12:25PM. Officer took a report of a burglary in the 500 block of E Walnut St. The investigation is ongoing. -4:16PM. Deputy took a report of a no-contact-order violation in the 500 block of E Walnut St. The deputy later learned that there was no actual protection order in place between the two parties. -6:30PM. Deputy took a report of illegal dumping in the alley north of the 300 block of W Walnut St. The investigation is ongoing. Tuesday, July 14, 2026 -6:03AM. Deputy responded to a report of a loose dog near SW 4th St and W Veterans Dr. Deputy located the dog but was unable to secure the dog. This same dog was called in multiple times, but law enforcement was unable to detain it. -9:01AM. Officer responded to a report of a reckless driver that had turned off D Ave and was headed towards Ogden on Highway 30. Officer located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop near Highway 30 and I Ave. The driver did not show any signs of impairment and was released after being advised of the complaint. -12:36PM. Officer responded to the area of Highway 30 and H Ave to check on a reported motorcyclist sitting stationary on the offramp with his head down. Officer checked both ramps, as well as the surrounding area, and located no one matching the description. -5:33PM. Officer took a report of what appeared to be a domestic disturbance within a vehicle travelling north into Ogden from Highway 169. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with both occupants who did not appear to be in any form of distress and stated they had just been playing around. -7:04PM. Officer assisted with a medical call in the 200 block of SW 6th St. Wednesday, July 15, 2026 -8:08PM. Officer responded to the 200 block of SW 4th St to take a report of a missing child. The child was found at a friend’s house in the 200 block of SW 5th St. -8:46PM. Officer responded to a report of a badger in the 600 block of SW 4th St. -9:18PM. Office and deputy attempted to locate a red Toyota sedan that had left Caseys earlier. The driver had reportedly been acting erratically and had trouble backing out of the parking lot. Due to a time delay and no direction of travel, law enforcement was unable to locate the vehicle. Thursday, July 16, 2026 -11:10AM. Officer provided a funeral escort from Zion Lutheran to the Glenwood Cemetery. -11:54AM. Officer responded to a welfare check in the 200 block of SW 2nd St. Upon arrival it was discovered there was a verbal domestic occurring. Officer sat and spoke with both parties and attempted to find a solution for the day. It was ultimately decided by both that they were ok to stay in the house as they had calmed down. -2:23PM. Officer responded to a report that 2 suspects from a theft at Don Williams had been identified in the 300 block of W Walnut St. Officer spoke with the female suspect and gave her information to the Don Williams’ Park Ranger so that he could follow up with them. Friday, July 17, 2026 -1:14PM. Officer investigated a nuisance property in the 700 block of W Locust St. The owner was contacted about the overgrown weeds and grass in the yard. -3:52PM. Officer took a nuisance complaint regarding a property in the 300 block of W Sycamore St. Saturday, July 18, 2026 -1:45PM. Deputy provided a funeral escort from Zion Lutheran to the Glenwood Cemetery. Sunday, July 19, 2026 -1:19PM. Deputy provided a vehicle unlock in the 600 block of E Maple St. AN ARREST WITHOUT DISPOSITION IS NOT AN INDICATION OF GUILT.
