- 4:25 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First responders at the McGraw Center.
- 4:55 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders at 502 NW 6th St.
- 9:39 PM. The officer investigated suspicious activity at 119 W. Maple St.

- 10:49 AM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders at 519 E. Sycamore St.
- 11:39 AM. The officer assisted a stranded motorist at 1269 Knap Pl.
- 4:25 PM. The officer attempted to do a pickup order on a subject.
- 4:30 PM. The officer received information on a loose dog.

- 7:57 AM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders at 308 SW 5th St.
- 8:50 AM. The officer assisted a stranded motorist in the 600 block of S. 1st St.
- 10:54 PM. The officer assisted the Department of Human Services with a court order at 320 E. Elm St.
- 2:03 PM. The officer assisted the Department of Human Services with an investigation.
- 3:50 PM. The officer assisted a stranded motorist at the Ogden High School.
- 4:00 PM. The officer investigated a two-vehicle accident in the 500 block of NE 3rd St.
- 7:32 PM. The officer arrested Bradley Kleinwolterink, 36, of Boone in the 300 block of SW 2nd St. for allegedly operating while intoxicated 2nd offense, open container, and driving on the wrong side of a two-lane highway.

- 10:10 AM. The officer responded to a fire alarm at the Ogden High School. This was determined to be a false alarm.
- 1:20 PM. The officer called the Boone Area Humane Society to come and get a cat that was caught in a live trap.

Friday, May 19, 2017
- 12:30 PM. The officer received a report of a central air unit being stolen from 425 NE 2nd Street.
- 2:15 PM. The officer received a complaint about parking on the street along SE 2nd Street due to the Bill Mullins Day Field Days.
- 9:34 PM. The officer responded to an intrusion alarm at Ogden Middle School. School employees set this off.
- 9:40 PM. The officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance at 114 W Sycamore Street.
- 9:53 PM. The officer responded to 201 W Elm regarding a civil matter.

Saturday, May 20, 2017
- 5:12 PM. The officer locked the lower level of Leonard A Good Community Center for a subject who had placed keys in a drop box before locking the doors.
- 6:16 PM. The officer stood by while the subject retrieved belongings from an Ogden residence.
