PUBLIC HEARING – NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OGDEN, IOWA, CONCERNING THE TRANSFER OF LOT 7 IN BLOCK 2 IN FIRST ADDITION TO OGDEN

RESOLUTION – Approve Resolution No. 202407-579 approving the offer by All Iowa Homes Inc. accepting the condition on the transfer of Lot seven in Block two in First Addition to Ogden, Iowa.

BOLLENBAUGH PROPERTY – Approve final plat and Resolution No. 202407-580 to approve Whitey’s Addition to Town of Ogden.
