CONSENT AGENDA – All items listed under the Consent Agenda will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a request is made prior to the time Council votes on the motion.

     MINUTES – Regular meeting minutes of Monday, January 8th, 2024 and special meeting minutes of Wednesday, February 7th, 2024

     TREASURER’S REPORT – January 2024

     CLAIMS LIST – January 6th, 2024 through February 9th, 2024

     OTHER – 1. Approve blocking off a portion of W. Locust and NW 8th Street on October 12th for a reception. 2. Approve Safe Building contract to begin building code updates.

     TAX ABATEMENT – Approve residential rehab tax abatement applications for Duane DeBoef, 219 W. Division St. and Jason Sheffler, 113 W. Maple St.

PUBLIC HEARING – Set public hearing date and time for property tax hearing for April 9th, 2024 at 5:30 p.m.

CEMETERY MOWING BIDS – Approve Glenwood Cemetery mowing bid.

DOWNTOWN BUILDINGS – Discussion on dilapidated properties and possible action.

SAFE BUILDING – Review proposed code adoption.
