Fill full time street/sewer position – Hire Dylan Elbert
ORDINANCE NO. 267 – Approve second reading and waive third and final reading of Ordinance No. 267 – An ordinance providing for the division of taxes levied on taxable property in the Ogden Urban Renewal Area, pursuant to Section 403.19 of the Code of Iowa.
PUBLIC HEARING – 7:15 p.m. Public hearing on Proposed Development agreement with Fareway Stores, Inc.
RESOLUTION NO. 202201-532 – Approving a Development Agreement with Fareway Stores Inc., authorizing annual appropriation tax increment payments and pledging certain tax increment revenues to the payment of the agreement.
PUBLIC HEARING – 7:30 p.m. Public hearing on proposal to enter into a general fund economic development agreement.
RESOLUTION NO. 202201-533 – Approving General Fund Economic Development Agreement.
SET PUBLIC HEARING for the proposed maximum property tax dollars to certify for levys for February 8th at 7:15 p.m.
BUDGET WORK SESSION – Set Special budget work session for Feb. 2nd at 5 p.m.
LIBRARY ANNUAL REPORT
