2017/2018 DRAINAGE PROJECT – Approve Pay Request # 2 Ames Trenching $1995.00, Approve Change Order #1 decreasing contract price -$25,340.00 and Approve Engineer’s Statement of Completion for project.

SECOND READING ORDINANCE NO. 250 – “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF OGDEN, IOWA, 1996, BY ADDING NEW CHAPTER REQUIRING PERMITS DURING RAGBRAI.”

COMMUNICATIONS BOARD – The Mayor needs to appoint an elected official to serve on the Boone County Communications Board.

RESOLUTION NO. 450 – “A Resolution adopting procurement policy in order to utilize funds for the City’s Community Development Block Grant Program.”

POOL BUS SUPERVISOR – Recommendation to hire Hope Schroeder for Pool Bus Supervisor for summer 2018

RECREATION COORDINATOR – Recommendation to hire Jessica Christensen as Recreation Coordinator for FY19

GRANT WRITER – Steve Meyer Consulting, grant writer for fire department.

REVIEW CITY CODES/ORDINANCES – Chapter 41.11 Fireworks, Chapter 50 Nuisance Weeds, and Chapter 155 Building Permits
