CALL TO ORDER

ROLL CALL

CDBG HOUSING GRANT WRITING/ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES – Received one proposal. Approve hiring Simmering-Cory & Iowa Codification for CDBG grant writing and administrative services.

CDBG HOUSING TECHNICAL SERVICES – Received one proposal. Approve hiring Simmering-Cory & Iowa Codification for CDBG housing rehabilitation technical services.

SURVEY – Authorization to proceed with a survey for the CDBG housing rehab.

LOCAL MATCH – Discuss what the City would like to contribute toward the project.

PUBLIC HEARING – Set public hearing for April 10th at 7:15 p.m. to consider the submission of a Housing Fund Application.
