Police Report 4/23/18-4/29/18

Monday April 23, 2018

-8:56AM. Officer did a civil stand by for a child custody exchange at 201 W. Elm St.

-11:25AM. Officer assisted a Boone County Deputy attempt to locate a vehicle involved in an accident. Officer was unable to locate the car.

-2:13PM. Officer did a civil stand by while a subject retrieved property at 201 W. Elm St.

 

Tuesday April 24, 2018

-12:23PM. Officer did a welfare check on a subject at 619 NW 4th St.

 

Wednesday April 25, 2018

-11:13AM.   Officer arrested Howard McIntosh, 53, of Corydon, for alleged OWI-2nd Offense.  McIntosh also had a warrant for Probation Violation.  Officer transported McIntosh to Boone County Jail.

-4:42PM.  Deputy assisted subject locked out of vehicle.

-9:20PM.  Deputies responded to an Ogden resident for a 16-year-old male that wanted to leave the residence without permission.  The deputies were able to calm the male subject down and he agreed to stay at home.

 

Thursday April 26, 2018

-9:04AM.  Officer received a citizen’s complaint about junk on property at 614 W Locust Street.  The officer spoke with property owner and he advised he will get the property cleaned up.

-1:36PM.  Officer assisted Boone County Deputies, Ogden Fire, Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance with a 2 vehicle accident involving personal injury at 170th and C Avenue.

 

Friday April 27, 2018

-2:04AM.  Ogden officer and Boone County Deputies responded to an intrusion alarm at Caseys General Store.  This was set off by an employee of the store.

-7:05AM.  Officer was asked to look for a white pickup truck pulling an anhydrous tank that was southbound on H Avenue toward Ogden.  The reporting party said that the driver was all over the road and had pulled off onto the shoulder.  Officer was unable to locate the pickup truck.

-8:59AM.  Officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.

-1:00PM.  Officer assisted stranded motorist.

-6:06PM.  Brent Clark, owner of Clark’s Food Mart, reported they had caught an employee stealing.  The employee is a 16-year-old male.  Charges are pending.

-8:28PM.  Officer assisted Boone County Deputy with a traffic stop in the 1400 block of H Avenue.

-9:51PM.  Officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance with a suicidal subject.  The subject was transported to Mary Greeley Medical Center.

 

Saturday April 28, 2018

-12:45AM.  Officer was asked to look for a vehicle that was reported as driving erratically on 220th Street.  The officer stopped the vehicle in the 200 block of SW 3rd Street.  The driver was just tired.

-3:22AM.  Officer responded to an intrusion alarm at Howe Elementary.  This was determined to be a false alarm.

-5:42PM.  Officer received a complaint of 2 mopeds being driven in a reckless manner in the area of Northern Natural Gas.  Officer was unable to locate the mopeds.

-8:20PM.  Officer provided traffic control for a tractor that was broke down in the 800 block of 216th.

-11:51PM.  Sydney Hultgren reported an individual had attempted to break into her residence at 625 W Locust Street and also vandalized vehicle in the driveway. This case is under investigation.
