Police Report 4/16/18-4/22/18

Monday April 16, 2018

-8:25AM.  Officer received complaint of 2 mailboxes damaged at NW 4th and Elm Street.

 

Tuesday April 17, 2018

-12:05PM.  Officer received a complaint of 2 dogs running at large in the 100 block of SW 4th Street.  The officer was unable to locate the dogs.

-4:09PM.  Officer assisted subject locked out of vehicle.

 

Wednesday April 18, 2018

-8:45AM.  Officer took a complaint of dirt being pushed over a storm water drain and blocking water from draining in the 400 block of west Mulberry Street.

-12:32PM.  Kyla Fisher reported that her cat is missing from home at 219 SW 3rd Street.

 

Thursday April 19, 2018

-6:15AM.  Officer received a report of a pit-bull dog running at large in the 100 block of SW 4th Street.  The officer was unable to catch the dog.

-8:35AM.  Officer received a report of 2 dogs running at large in the area of Howe Elementary School.  The officer was unable to locate the animals.

-6:46PM.  Resident of 208 NE 3rd reported a noise in attic of house.  The officer was unable to locate anything.

-8:10PM.  Owner of Spinning Wheels Skating Rink reported someone is dumping her garbage in his dumpster.

-8:20PM.  Officer spoke with an Ogden resident in regards to dumping her garbage in the dumpster at Spinning Wheels Skating Rink.  The officer advised if this continues, she will be charged with theft of services.

 

Friday April 20, 2018

-8:17AM.  Officer received a report of a suspicious vehicle at an Ogden residence.  The officer spoke with driver of vehicle and he was looking for a business and Google directed him to this particular address.  The officer directed the person to the correct location.

-2:30PM.  Officer received a report of a dog running loose in the Ogden City Park.  Officer caught dog and took back to owner.

-3:15PM.  Officer received a report of a dog running loose at Howe Elementary School.  Officer picked up dog from custodian of Howe Elementary and returned to owner.

-3:35PM.  Officer received a complaint of a dog running loose in the 100 block of West Maple Street.  Officer and another Ogden resident assisted owner of dog in catching the dog.

-5:16PM.  Deputy responded to a report of a dog that was running loose in the 100 block of West Sycamore.  The Deputy took the dog to the city shed kennel.

-5:56PM.  Deputy responded to a report of 2 juveniles acting suspicious in the area of NW 2nd and Elm Street.  The Deputy was unable to locate the individuals.

-10:18PM.  Deputy responded to a report of a group of juveniles playing near the westbound 220th Street off-ramp into Ogden.  The Deputy was unable to locate any juveniles in the area.

 

Saturday April 21, 2018

-10:10AM.  Officer returned dog to owner.  The dog was placed in city kennel by Deputy on Friday night.

-10:30AM.  Officer assisted subject locked out of vehicle.

-11:50AM.  Ogden resident complained of smoke from a neighbor burning brush.  The officer asked subject burning brush to extinguish the fire.

-9:56PM. Deputy assisted Ogden resident in locating his 17-year-old daughter.

 

Sunday April 22, 2018

-1:09AM. Deputy checked the area of the 500 blk of SW 4th St. for suspicious activity.

-9:20AM. Officer assisted Ogden First responders at Accura Health

-11:20AM.  Officer received a complaint of two dogs at large in the 100 blk of W. Locust St.

-11:50AM. Officer picked up a loose dog in the 600 blk of NW 5th St.
