Police Report 12/20/18-12/26/18




Thursday December 20, 2018

-1:00PM.  Ogden officer went to the Dallas County Jail to pick up a subject that had been arrested on an Ogden warrant for Theft-5th.  Officer picked up David Norgart, 53, of Perry and transported to the Boone County Jail.


Friday December 21, 2018

-7:30AM. Officer investigated harassment.


Saturday December 22, 2018

-2:06AM. Deputy assisted Ogden First responders at 208 NE 3rd St.

-10:01PM. Deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 600 block of E Walnut St.


Sunday December 23, 2018

-6:01AM. Officer responded to 201 NW 3rd St. for an intrusion alarm. It was a false alarm.

-12:34PM. Officer assisted a couple of subjects retrieve stolen property at 604 W. Cherry St.  This property was taken from Ames.


Monday December 24, 2018

-9:10AM.  Ogden officer and Boone County Deputy received a report of a possible intoxicated driver that was northbound on H Avenue and crossed the bridge over 220th Street striking a sign and then taking the on ramp to westbound 220th Street.  The officer and deputy were unable to locate the vehicle.

-10:36AM.  Ogden resident reported that his credit card number and been used out of state without his permission.


Tuesday December 25, 2018

-11:32PM.  Officer received a complaint of a barking dog at 302 SW 4th Street.  The officer spoke with the owner of the dog and they advised they would take care of the problem.


Wednesday December 26, 2018

-7:35AM.  Officer assisted stranded motorist with a flat tire.

-8:30PM.  Officer responded to 232 SW 6th building 2 in regards to it appeared someone tried to gain access to the attic entry door.

-8:40PM.  An employee of ACCURA Health Care reported that 2 residents had gotten into a pushing match and needed a report filed.  There were no injuries.

-11:0PM.  Officer was asked to check on welfare of an Ogden resident.  The subject appeared to be fine.
