Monday April 15, 2019

-6:19AM.  Officer assisted subject locked out of vehicle.

-11:17AM.  Officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone Fire Rescue at 114 W Sycamore Street.

-4:53PM.  Deputy responded to 531 E Walnut for a report of a theft of property.

-6:05PM.  Deputy responded to 245 W Walnut in regards to a female reported that her boyfriend would not give her credit card back.  The male subject gave the credit card back upon Deputy’s arrival.

-7:01PM.  Deputy responded to an incomplete 911 call at an Ogden residence.  This turned out to be a child playing with phone.

 

Tuesday April 16, 2019

-7:50AM.  Officer responded to a fire alarm at Ogden Middle School.  This was determined to be a false alarm.

-2:52PM.  Officer received a complaint about a cat around a residence where the family have moved away.

-6:21PM.  Deputy responded to a complaint of a dog running at large and acting aggressive in the 300 block of SE 2nd Street.  The deputy made contact with owner of dog, and advised to keep the dog tied up on their property.

-9:10PM.  An employee of ACCURA Health reported being assaulted by a resident.  Deputy charged Nichole Origer, 38, of Ogden with Simple Assault.

-10:27PM.  An Ogden resident reported to Deputy that she was being threatened via phone and text messages from her ex-boyfriend.  Subject requested extra patrol and advised she would seek a protection order.

-12:00PM. Officer investigated suspicious activity.

-3:35PM. Officer handled a animal complaint.

-4:58PM. Deputy handled a loose dog complaint at 202 SW 7th St.

 

Thursday April 18, 2019

-1:27PM. Officer investigated a reckless driver complaint on hwy 30. Officer was unable to locate the vehicle.

-2:35PM. Officer handled a parking complaint in the 200 blk of West Mulberry st.

-3:29PM. Officer handled a parking complaint in the 300 blk of SE 2nd St.

-3:46PM. Deputy investigated phone harassment in the 500 blk of SW 5th St.

-1:50AM. Deputy assisted Ogden Fire at 625 E. Oak St. with a fire alarm.

-7:20AM. Officer investigated an intrusion alarm at the Ogden Middle school.

-2:01PM. Officer assisted Ogden Fire with a trailer fire in the 800 block of 220th Street.

1:56PM. Officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance at 326 SW 7th Street Place.

-11:06AM.  Officer was asked to check on the welfare of a 2-year-old male.  The child was fine.

-3:20PM.  Officer assisted subject locked out of vehicle.

-3:35PM.  Officer assisted Deputy in looking for a runaway from Boone.  The subject was believed to be at Don Williams Park.  The subject was located a short time later in Boone.

-4:55PM.  Officer received a report of a dog on the porch roof at 225 N 1st Street.  The dog jumped back through the window into the house, upon officer’s arrival.

-10:52AM. Officer investigated an open burning complaint. Officer advised property owner to put the fire out.

-3:48PM. Officer investigated a noise complaint in the 500 blk of S. 1st St.

-4:04PM. Deputy assisted Ogden First Responders in the 100 blk of West Veterans. St.

-9:45AM. Officer investigated a illegal dumping complaint in the 300 blk of SW 5th  St.

-11:23AM. Officer did a welfare check on a subject.

-3:42PM. Officer assisted a subject with loose cattle in the 400 blk of E. Maple St.

 

Thursday April 11, 2019

-3:02AM. Deputy assisted Ogden Fire Department with a fire alarm at the Leonard Good Community Center.  This turned out to be a hot motor on furnace.

-1:00PM.  Employees of Caseys General Store reported subject left without paying for gas.

-2:10PM.  Officer received a report of tree branches on sidewalk in the 300 block of NE 3rd Street.  The owner of property where the tree fell was up cleaning up the debris.

-3:17PM.  Officer check on subject slumped over steering wheel.  The subject was resting.

-5:04PM.  Deputy assisted subject locked out of vehicle.

 

Friday April 12, 2019

-8:17AM.  Officer assisted Boone County Deputies, Ogden Fire, Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance with a 4 vehicle accident involving personal injury at D Avenue and 220th Street.

-1:00PM.  Ogden resident reported receiving a possible scam phone call.

-5:41PM.  Ogden resident reported that his landlord was taking items from his truck, while he was away from home.  Officer spoke with the landlord and the landlord had taken the battery out of the truck to charge it.  Officer advised landlord to leave the tenants property alone.

-9:33PM.  Officer received a complaint of a possible intoxicated driver.  The officer stopped the driver in the 100 block of west Walnut.  The driver was not intoxicated, but was distracted by talking on the phone.

 

Saturday April 13 2019

-3:10PM.  Officer received a complaint of a possible assault that had taken place in the 100 block of W Maple Street.  The complainant was intoxicated and an altercation had taken place with another adult male.  Officer had a family member come and pick up the intoxicated subject.  No charges were filed.

-4:49PM.  Deputy was asked to check on a male subject walking east of Ogden on 216th.  The subject was just out for a walk.

-8:47PM Ogden resident reported that her white Yorkie dog had gotten out of the house.  The dog has no collar or tags.  The dog is old and blind and is not aggressive.

 

Sunday April 14, 2019

-1:02AM.  Deputy responded to a complaint of loud music at 205 W Walnut Street.  Deputy advised the subjects to quiet down.

-8:55AM.  Officer assisted Ogden First Responders at 413 E Mulberry with a male subject that had fallen.

-12:55PM.  Officer checked on a fire at 866 H Avenue.  This was a controlled burn.

-6:21PM.  Officer was called to ACCURA Health for a resident that had walked away from the facility.  The officer and staff were able to get the resident back to the facility and she was transported to Des Moines for an evaluation.

-7:50PM. Deputy investigated a parking complaint in the 200 blk of W. Sycamore St.

 

Tuesday April 2, 2019

-2:17PM.  Officer was asked to look for a vehicle west bound on 220th from Boone driving recklessly and at a high rate of speed.  The officer was unable to locate the vehicle.

-4:47PM.  Deputies responded to a domestic situation at 207 W Veterans Drive.  This was an argument between a male subject and his girlfriend.  This was a verbal argument only and no charges were filed.

-5:25PM.  Deputy received a complaint of a phone scam involving Social Security Number being compromised.

-9:51PM.  Deputy was asked to check on welfare of a juvenile.  The juvenile was fine.

 

Wednesday April 3, 2019

-11:42AM.  Ogden resident called to say her black/gray Great Dane had gotten loose.  The owner found the dog later.

-1:38PM.  Officer spoke with Ogden resident about garbage on property.

-3:00PM.  Officer cited Kara Miller, 29, of Stratford, for Driving while suspended.

-5:17PM.  Officer assisted Boone County Deputy with an intrusion alarm at 849 D Avenue.  This was determined to be a false alarm.

 

Thursday April 4, 2019

-4:44PM.  Officer gave a presentation to cub scouts.

-6:26PM.  Officer was asked to look for a vehicle that was reportedly all over the road west bound on 216th from Boone.  The vehicle pulled into a residence east of Ogden before officer was able to get to the area.

-6:35PM.  Officer checked on an occupied vehicle that was broke down on the shoulder of the road in the 700 block of 220th Street.  They occupants had help coming.

 

Friday April 5, 2019

-12:17AM.  Deputies responded to an intrusion alarm at Casey’s General Store.  This was determined to be a false alarm.

-1:15PM.  Officer responded to an incomplete 911 call at 201 Haws Circle.  This was determined to be a misdial, there was no emergency.

-3:39PM.  Officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.

 

Saturday April 6, 2019

-12:13AM.  Officer responded to an intrusion alarm at Casey’s General Store.  This was determined to be a false alarm.

-9:58AM.  Officer received a complaint of a black Ford Mustang driving at a high rate of speed in the 300 block of SE 4th and then turning east on Oak Street.

-1:25PM.  Officer received a complaint of someone burning brush outside of the dates allowed for burning.  The Ogden Fire Chief handled the complaint as he was driving by the offending residence.

 

Sunday April 7, 2019

-2:45PM.  Officer spoke with Ogden resident who was burning sticks and advised that burning is not allowed until April 15 and lasts until May 15.

-2:55PM.  Officer spoke with Ogden resident who was burning sticks and advised that burning is not allowed until April 15 and last until May 15.

-5:45PM.  Deputy responded to an Ogden residence for a reported 8-year-old female that was out of control and breaking things.

Monday March 25, 2019

-7:48AM.  Officer stopped a truck to advise the driver that doors were open on his service box.

-8:15AM.  Officer was asked to look for a semi-tractor-trailer hauling hay and reportedly about ready to lose a bale.  The officer stopped the semi in the 600 block of 220th.  The load was secure.

-5:21PM.  Officer assisted Ogden First Responders.

-8:55PM.  Officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.

 

Tuesday March 26, 2019

-3:10PM.  Officer spoke with Ogden resident about vehicle that was parked on traveled portion of the road in the 400 block of west Division Street.

-7:32PM.  Ogden resident reported that a male juvenile was riding a 4-wheel ATV on her property and she would like him to stop.  Officer talked with the juvenile and his mother and advised him to stop riding on the neighbor’s property.

 

Wednesday March 27, 2019

-7:39AM.  Officer received several reports of a large white dog running at large between NW 7th Street and the Ogden Maintenance Shed.  The officer was unable to catch the dog.

-7:25PM.  Officer was asked to check on welfare of an Ogden resident.  The officer spoke with the resident and she was fine.

-8:20PM.  Blake Haub reported his front license plate was taken off of his truck while it was parked in High School parking lot.

-9:32PM.  Union Pacific railroad reported a large white dog running loose in the area of the NW 4th Street railroad crossing.  Officer was unable to locate the dog.

 

Thursday March 28, 2019

-8:12AM.  Secretary at Howe Elementary reported 3 males in a white truck parked in the north parking lot.  Officer spoke with the males and they are with a construction company doing work for the school.  They were at the wrong building.

-12:32PM.  Lisa Campbell, Caseys General Store Manager, reported a gas drive off by a white male driving a red SUV.  This occurred on Wednesday, March 27, 2019.

-1:12PM.  Officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance.

-1:32PM.  Ogden resident reported a large white dog running at large in the 600 block of Haws Drive.

-3:25PM.  Officer advised Ogden resident that burning brush is restricted until April 15-May15.

-11:45AM.  Officer received a school bus violation report from Dennis Good, Ogden Community Schools Transportation Director.

-9:28AM. Officer assisted a subject that was lost.

Monday March 18, 2019

-9:56AM.  Officer assisted Ogden First Responders with a subject that had fallen on the floor and needed help getting back into his chair.

-12:00PM.  Officer received a complaint of reckless driving on Sunday, March 17, 2019.  Officer spoke with the driver of the vehicle and advised he needs to slow down.

 

Tuesday March 19, 2019

-1:30AM.  Officer noticed a door open on an Ogden residence.  The officer made contact with the owner to secure the door.

-7:30AM.  Officer assisted subject locked out of vehicle.

-7:48AM.  Officer received a complaint of vehicles parked on private property. The officer spoke with the owner of the vehicles and advised to move the vehicles.

-10:10AM.  Officer was asked to look for a blue Ford Escape that had just hit a traffic control sign on 220th Street just east of G Avenue.  The cell phone caller advised the vehicle exited 220th at H Avenue and went into Ogden.  Officer located the vehicle, a 2011 Ford Escape driven by Larry Swanson, 80, of Ogden.  Swanson drove up over the median, hit the sign continued eastbound in the westbound lane until he was able to get back over to the eastbound lane and exited onto H Avenue.  There is approximately $2,000 damage to the Swanson vehicle and $200 damage to the sign and post.

-1:32PM.  Officer spoke with resident about garbage bags and junk in yard.

 

Wednesday March 20, 2019

-1:20PM.  Officer was called to Spinning Wheels Skating Rink for a fight between 2 male juveniles.

-2:27PM.  Officer received a report that 3 dogs that belong at 320 E Walnut had pushed open the gate to yard and were running at large.  The officer was able to get the dogs back in the yard and close the gate.

-5:48PM.  Deputy responded to  220 E Walnut on a report of an elderly woman that had just walked into the residence without knocking and being invited in.  The woman lives across the street and is believed to have medical issues.  Deputy spoke with the female and she said she won’t do it again.

-7:15AM. Officer responded to an intrusion alarm at the Ogden Middle School. It was a false alarm.

-12:59PM. Officer assisted a citizen reference an outdoor burning inquiry.

-2:38PM. Officer assisted a citizen reference illegal dumping. This was determined to have occurred in the county so it was referred to a Deputy.

-5:12PM. Deputy assisted a citizen reference a lost item.

-7:28PM. Deputy assisted Ogden First Responders at 207 NE 3rd St.

-12:41PM. Officer received a complaint of malfunctioning rail road crossing arms. Officer notified the rail road.

-9:37AM. Officer assisted a subject with a lost item.

-2:11PM. Officer investigated a possible oil spill in the 100 block of West Walnut St.

 

Friday March 15, 2019

-10:25AM.  Officer assisted Ogden First Responders with a lift assist.

-12:12PM.  Officer assisted Boone Police looking for a vehicle with 2 occupants that were possibly involved in a theft from a business in Boone.  Officer located vehicle in Ogden and identified the occupants.

-2:54PM.  Officer received a complaint of a gold colored Gran Prix driving recklessly in the 200 block of NW 4th Street.

-3:46PM.  Officer assisted stranded motorist in the 1400 block of H Avenue.

-4:18PM.  Deputy was asked to check on welfare of an elderly woman, who had been going to a neighbor’s residence and asking questions about people who have never lived there.  The Deputy spoke with woman’s husband and he says she is having some mental issues but she won’t seek medical assistance.

-8:17PM.  Deputies responded to a report of a possible prowler at an Ogden residence.  This was determined to be reflections off windows, as the house was secure.

-10:42PM.  An Ogden resident reported the smell of something burning at Ogden Post Office.  The Ogden Fire Department was dispatched and could not gain access to back of Post Office, but could not see any smoke or fire or smell anything burning.

 

Saturday March 16, 2019

-7:52PM.  Officer responded to an Ogden residence in regards to a CO Alarm that was going off.  Officer called for Ogden Fire to respond.  Ogden Fire requested Black Hills Energy because they detected high levels of CO in the residence.  The occupants were evacuated and Ogden First Responders were called to check on them.

-8:42PM.  Officer responded to an Ogden residence in regards to a reported theft.  The caller is suffering with mental issues and there was no theft, the item was found after officer arrived.

-11:25AM Officer responded to a fire alarm at the Ogden Middle School.  This was determined to be a false alarm.

-6:54PM. Deputy investigated an animal complaint at 607 NW 7th Lot 4.

-8:36AM.  Officer assisted subject locked out of vehicle.

-11:38AM.  Ogden resident reported a phone scam.  Someone claiming to be a grandson and needed money, or he was going to jail.  The resident kept asking questions until the caller hung up.

-6:13PM.  Officer assisted Ogden First Responders.

-6:30PM.  Officer gave a presentation to Tiger Scouts.

 

Friday March 8, 2019

-1:17PM.  Officer investigated a 2-vehicle accident in the 100 block of SW 2nd Street.  There was less than $1,500.00 damage, so no state report was filed.

-11:50PM.  Officer assisted Boone County Deputies with a single vehicle accident in the 800 block of H Avenue.

 

Saturday March 9, 2019

-7:16AM.  Ogden resident reported that he believed the City’s sanitary sewer line is plugged in the 600 block of N 1st Street.  Officer notified Sewer Superintendent.  Sewer Superintendent jetted the line, which was plugged.

-3:26PM.  Officer assisted Deputy with a vehicle that had gone in the ditch in the 800 block of H Avenue.

 

Sunday March 10, 2019

-7:22AM.  Officer notified Street Superintendent that snow had drifted across the road in the 800 block of N 1st Street.  Street Superintendent came out and cleared the snow/slush from the roadway.

-9:50AM.  Officer checked on a vehicle in the ditch in the 1500 block of H Avenue.  There was nobody around the vehicle.

Monday February 25, 2019

-6:44AM.  Officer responded to a single vehicle accident on the N 1st Street Railroad Tracks crossing.  A vehicle slid on the ice and went cross ways becoming stuck on tracks.  The vehicle sustained minor damage from striking a sign.  Passing motorists assisted driver moving her vehicle from the railroad tracks before officer arrived.

-6:52AM.  Officer provided traffic control for a tow truck in the 100 block of west Walnut Street.

-10:16AM.  Officer received a report of a male subject in light jeans and dark hooded jacket going through mail boxes in the 400 block of East Walnut Street.  The officer located the individual and he was not sure which mail box was his.  The subject was able to locate the mail box.

-7:47AM.  Officer assisted subject locked out of vehicle.

-1:30PM.  Officer was asked to check on welfare of an Ogden resident.  The officer transported subject to Boone County Hospital for a substance abuse evaluation.

-9:09PM.  Officer assisted subject locked out of vehicle.

 

Wednesday February 27, 2019

-11:07PM.  Officer was asked to look for a vehicle being driven in a reckless manner north on H Avenue from 290th Street.  The officer located the vehicle as it was turning to go east on 220th Street.  The officer stopped the vehicle at L Avenue and 220th Street.  The driver Izac Kinkennon, 19, of Bouton, was cited for Driving While License Suspended. Izac was released to a female passenger with a valid driver license.

 

Thursday February 28, 2019

-10:08AM.  Officer responded to a 2-vehicle accident in the 100 block of W Veterans Drive.  Timothy Sarver, 41, of McCallsburg was backing his 2017 Dodge Ram out of parking and hit a 2005 Ford F150 driven by Melvin Meyers, 77, of Ogden.  There was approximately $2,000.00 damage to the Meyers vehicle and $900 to the Sarver vehicle.

-2:00PM.  Ogden resident called and talked with Ogden officer in regards to the subject that neighbor uses to clear snow is pushing the snow onto his property.  The officer advised the subject to talk to his neighbor and if it doesn’t stop, call back.

-4:51PM.  Officer responded to an intrusion alarm at Ogden Municipal Utilities.  This was set off by an employee, as they were leaving.

-9:05AM. An Ogden resident called to report that he had received a phone call from a subject claiming to be from Publisher’s Clearing House.  The resident was advised that he would need to pay $2,000 to cover IRS taxes. The resident knew this was a scam and wanted to report it.

-2:12PM.  Officer assisted Deputies with traffic stop.

-2:36PM.  Communications Center received a complaint of children and adults standing on shoulder of road on the westbound 220th Street off-ramp into Ogden.  The kids were sledding down the hill to the north.  The complainant thought this was a traffic hazard, due to the fact the kids weren’t paying attention to traffic.  Officer had talked with an adult about 5 minutes before the complaint and advised this was not a good area to sled from.

CITY OF OGDEN WOULD LIKE TO THANK TYLER WISECUP, BEN ANDERSON AND MITCH SIMPSON, (ALL EMPLOYEES OF WISECUP TRUCKING)  FOR GOING AROUND TOWN ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2019 AND CLEARING SNOW AWAY FROM FIRE HYDRANTS.  TYLER IS A MEMBER OF OGDEN FIRE DEPARTMENT AND SAID THEY WOULD RATHER CLEAN THE SNOW AWAY WHILE IT WAS NICE AND NOT WHEN THEY NEEDED IT DURING A FIRE.  TYLER SAID THAT IF YOU NEED HELP CLEARING SNOW FROM AROUND FIRE HYDRANTS, YOU CAN CALL HIM AT 515-230-6449.

 

Monday February 18, 2019

-3:35PM.  Ogden resident requested an officer call her in regards to retrieving belongings.

-9:31PM.  Jasmine Ferguson, 30, of Nevada, reported that her car has been missing for over a month and she believes it is in Ogden.  The vehicle has been parked at the residence in Ogden where she left it.

 

Tuesday February 19, 2019

-1:16AM.  Ogden officer assisted Ogden Fire Department with a fire alarm that was going off at Boone County Family Medicine 320 W Walnut Street.  When a key holder arrived, they were able to determine that a refrigerator was malfunctioning and it was unplugged.

-8:20AM.  Officer spoke with subject about parking on traveled portion of road.  Officer advised this is not allowed.

-12:35PM.  Officer received a complaint of a sidewalk not be cleared of snow in the downtown area.  Officer spoke with business owner and advised a path needs to be cleared.

-2:00PM.  Ogden officer, city maintenance crew and a private citizen assisted a subject who was stuck in the snow.

-4:00PM.  Ogden officers executed a search warrant at an Ogden residence.  This was in regards to the Ogden Mart Burglary on Saturday, February 16, 2019.  Several items were seized that were taken during the burglary.  A warrant has been issued for a subject.

 

Wednesday February 20, 2019

-6:40AM.  Officer received a report of a vehicle parked in the traveled portion of road in the 300 block of east Cherry Street.  The driver had pulled off the road to wait until it got light out to continue on her way due to snow and road conditions.

-3:36PM.  Officer assisted subject locked out of vehicle.

-3:47PM.  Officer returned phone call to a subject that wanted to report her daughter’s vehicle was hit late Friday, February 15, 2019 or early Saturday, February 16, 2019 while it was parked on the street in the 500 block of SW 4th Street.

 

Thursday February 21, 2019

-3:43AM.  Deputy responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 300 block of NE 4th Street.  There was nobody in the vehicle and no one would come to the door of the residence, where the vehicle was parked in front of.

-7:10AM.  Officer received a complaint of an illegally parked vehicle in the 300 block of W Sycamore Street.  The officer had the vehicle towed.

-11:35AM.  Officer received a complaint of a yellow Labrador dog running loose in the 400 block of west Cherry Street.  The officer took the dog to the Boone Area Humane Society.

-12:18PM.  Officer assisted subject who had slid into the ditch in the 1100 block of J Avenue.

 

Friday February 22, 2019

-11:30AM. Officer assisted a loan company with an abandoned vehicle.

-6:02PM. Deputy investigated trespassing at 314 E. Mulberry St.

 

Saturday February 23, 2019

-9:42AM Officer investigated suspicious activity at 614 W. Walnut St.

-11:25AM. Officer assisted a lost motorist in the 500 blk of West Walnut St.

-1:08PM. Officer did a welfare check on a subject at 219 NW 7th St.

-1:42PM. Officer did a welfare check on a subject at 508 W. Division St.

-3:31PM. Officer assisted a subject with a medical problem at 219 NW 7th St.

-12:35PM. Officer investigated a domestic assault that occurred in the city.

Monday February 11, 2019

.-7:11AM.  Officer responded to an intrusion alarm at Ogden Middle School.  This was set off by employees.

-7:59AM.  Manager of Casey’s General Store requested officer stop by as the subject they have move snow had run into the gas pump earlier this morning and she needed an accident report.

-8:17AM.  Officer assisted Johnston Police Department Detective with an Identity Theft Case.

-1:55PM.  Officer received a complaint of a subject dumping garbage into a dumpster at an apartment complex, where the subject did not live.  Officer spoke with the offending party and advised to stop.

-5:20PM.  Deputy responded to a Domestic Situation at 245 W Walnut.  This was a verbal argument only and the male half left the residence.

-2:26PM. Officer assisted Boone County Deputies with a semi accident in the 500 block of 220th Street.

 

Friday February 15, 2019

-12:07PM. Officer assisted a Boone County Deputy on a traffic stop in the 1100 block of 222nd Dr.

 

Saturday February 16, 2019

-7:08AM.  Officer responded to a Breaking and Entering at Ogden Mart.  Some unknown person(s) broke out the glass in the front door and gained entry.  There was liquor, cigarettes, lottery tickets and cash taken.

-9:26AM.  Officer checked with Casey’s to see if any Lottery tickets had been cashed in that had numbers from the Ogden Mart Burglary.  A male subject had cashed some tickets in around 7:12AM.

-10:32AM.  Officer responded to Ogden Middle School for an incomplete 911 from the elevator telephone.  This turned out to be children playing with the phone.

-12:36PM.  Officer responded to Casey’s in regards to a male subject that was trying to cash in Lottery tickets that had been reported as stolen during the Ogden Mart Burglary.  The male subject said that he was given the tickets by another subject.  This case is under investigation.

-5:19PM.  Clarence Teter, Jr reported that he is missing some medication.  Clarence is not sure if he misplaced it or if it was stolen.

-9:06PM.  Clarence Teter, Jr called to report that his brother’s girlfriend is driving his (Clarence’s) car without permission.  Deputy responded to the call and called and left message for the female to call the Deputy.

 

Sunday February 17, 2019

-8:41AM.  Officer notified Clarence Teter, Jr. that his car has been returned to his mother’s residence.

-9:05AM.  Officer assisted Boone County Deputy with a semi-tractor-trailer that was stuck on shoulder of road east of L Avenue on 220th Street.

-12:15PM.  Officer assisted Ogden First Responders at 413 E Mulberry Street.

-12:35PM.  Officer investigated a 2 vehicle accident in the 100 block of west Walnut Street.  Paul Fangman, 41, of Boone was backing out of a driveway in the 100 block of west Walnut in his 2000 Chevrolet and failing to yield, backed out in front of a 2000 GMC driven by Ben Anderson, 30, of Boone.  Anderson was unable to stop and ran into the side of the Fangman vehicle.
